Use of Cellspi360 app

By purchasing and using Cellspi360 app, you agree that you will not use Cellspi360 app to indulge in activities that violate the rights of another party, such as harassment, threats, abuse, stalking, or defaming. Cellspi360 Ltd is not at all responsible for your improper use of the Licensed Software, nor is it responsible for any harassing, offensive, illegal, threatening, or defamatory messages you might receive as a result of its use.

Allowed Uses

• Cellspi360 does not explicitly sell licensed software to children or collect their personal information. Cellspi360 allows parents and legal guardians of monitored children to inspect and access the activities accessed. However, the Licensed Software does not use the stored data in any way. You also agree to the representations and warranties in the Terms of Use regarding the use of Cellspi360 app, and that Cellspi360 does not expressly sell the Licensed Software to children or collect personal information about them. Cellspi360 app allows parents and legal guardians of monitored children to access the accessed activities.
